01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, using our interactive tools, or engaging in consulting services with Vectra Ventures (Pty) Ltd, trading as The Growth Architects ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). 02. Scope of Services & Consulting Engagements

The Growth Architects provides growth marketing strategy, performance creative, digital architecture, conversion optimisation, and analytics consulting services. Specific deliverables, project scopes, SLAs, and commercial arrangements are defined in separate Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs) executed directly between the Company and client organisations.

03. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary frameworks, audit tools, algorithms, visual assets, branding, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Vectra Ventures (Pty) Ltd, protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and statutory IP laws.

Client intellectual property and pre-existing assets provided to us during engagements remain the sole property of the client, subject to mutual non-disclosure and confidentiality protections.

04. Website Tools & Interactive Audit Usage

Our free digital tools (such as the Marketing Audit Tool and UTM Builder) are provided for general informational and planning purposes only. Output estimations or growth scores generated by these tools do not constitute legally binding performance guarantees or formal financial advisories.

05. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Vectra Ventures (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or reliance on general web content.

06. Governing Law & Legal Desk

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
